Located in the heart of Brisbane’s Bayside as the only body corporate management firm in Wynnum and Manly (QLD), Ocean Body Corporate Advisors is run by the locals for the locals. Our Team has been part of the Brisbane Bayside community for more than 30 years, giving us a strong connection to the area and an understanding of the properties, people and communities we work with. As a boutique Body Corporate firm, we believe good service starts with being accessible.
At the heart of our day-to-day management team are Felix Mak-Chung and Vanessa Taylor. Together, Felix and Vanessa bring experience across body corporate management, administration, operations, facilities and property management, providing a well-rounded and practical approach to supporting committees and their communities.
For us, effective body corporate management goes beyond administration. It requires a strong understanding of body corporate legislation, compliance obligations and good governance, together with clear communication and practical advice. We work closely with committees to navigate their responsibilities, make informed decisions and ensure their schemes are managed professionally, efficiently and in accordance with legislative requirements.
