  • open and operate a bank account on behalf of the body corporate
  • prepare a statement of accounts each financial year
  • prepare a draft budget for each financial year
  • issue levy notices
  • follow up arrears
  • facilitate online invoice approvals
  • liaise with accountants for BAS and Tax Return lodgements
  • invest funds on committee instruction
  • request quotes and issue work orders
  • call for committee nominations and motions prior to each Annual General Meeting

  • use of our beautiful in-house meeting room or the option to meet face-to-face on site

There may be times you may require assistance that is outside of our management agreement. These services are charged at an additional rate.

We ensure that any additional charges are clearly communicated to you prior to us commencing any additional scope of works.

Fixed fees

Unlike other body corporate management firms, Ocean BCA offers a transparent and simple pricing structure. With Ocean BCA you have a full understanding of the fees associated with our services, which means no hidden surprises on your financial statements!

Our competitive pricing structure takes out the complicated fee per service structure. Emails, phone calls and financial management are just a few of the many items covered under our agreement.
