Ocean Body Corporate Advisors is unable to make a decision on behalf of the body corporate. Once this form has been completed, it will be forwarded to the body corporate committee for consideration. Once an outcome has been reached, you will be advised in writing via your preferred correspondence method.

Motion Details

Please provide your motion wording below. Be sure to include as much information as possible (e.g. the type of improvement you are seeking approval for, the cost and any accompanying quotes and plans). Additional information can be submitted in the form of an explanatory note (up to 300 words).

Please note: All requests need to be accompanied by a scope of works and price (i.e. a quotation). Even though lot improvements are at the cost of the lot owner, the committee is only authorised to approve up to a specific amount. If your improvement is over the authority limit for the committee to approve, your request will be tabled at a general meeting. Your body corporate manager will advise you of the applicable process once your application has been received. Ocean Body Corporate Advisors is unable to decide whether your request has been approved or declined. Once this request has been submitted, it will be forwarded to the body corporate committee for review and consideration (unless the improvement is over the amount the committee is able to approve).
