General Manager & Body Corporate Manager
Emily has over 8 years experience within the Strata industry and leads the Ocean Body Corporate Advisors team. She purchased her first property in 2016 in a strata titled complex, the same time as starting her career in body corporate. Emily is familiar with the challenges that come with living in a body corporate and is able to spend time with her clients to break down challenging situations to achieve the best outcome.
Emily prides herself on providing her clients world-class customer service. She’s passionate about education and providing the right support to her clients at the right time.
Danny Day

Danny is a well-known and trusted agent in the Wynnum & Bayside community, Principal of Ocean Realty and co-owner of Ocean Body Corporate Advisors. Danny believes that customer service and communication is of the utmost importance.

Nicole has over 15 years property management experience, is head of the Property Management department with Ocean Realty and co-owner of Ocean Body Corporate Advisors. Nicole has a superb attention to detail and is a dedicated professional ensuring her clients receive consistent and top quality service.
